Omoni Oboli Broke Down in Tears as Court injunction Halts The Premiere of Okafor's Law

Nollywood’s anticipated movie, Okafor’s Law by Omoni Oboli which was supposed to Premiere on Friday, 24th of March at IMAX Cinema, Lekki was cancelled due to a court injunction served to Omoni Oboli concerning the movie.

According to the legal papers served, there have been allegations that the movie was not written by Omoni Oboli, hence it cannot be premiered.
The actress and producer got the legal notice on the day the movie was supposed to premiere and because everything was already set, there was nothing she could do about it than to keep the balls rolling until the time for the screening where she eventually told the audience who has waiting for the release until yesterday that they would not be seeing the movie due to the issue on ground.
The actress, while giving this announcement on stage, couldn’t hold the heartbreaking tears from her eyes, and we would understand considering the money spent and everything set for the big day.
Well, everything didn’t go down the drain, they still enjoyed the after party arranged, not allowing the bad news to totally dampen their happiness.
